If you are new to our grooming services, these FAQs will help you understand how appointments work, what is included, and how to prepare your dog for their visit.
Most appointments take between 1 and 3 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the type of service booked. We will let you know an estimated time at drop off.
Every groom includes ear cleaning, nail trimming, paw and pad trim, and sanitary trim, along with the specific package you choose, such as Bath and Brush or Bath and Full Haircut.
Yes. We offer one on one, kennel free grooming and take extra time with nervous, senior, and first time dogs. Please tell us about any behavior or medical concerns when you book so we can prepare.
Pricing is based on your dog’s weight and coat type. Each package lists a price range for Extra Small up to XXL. Heavier coats, matting, or special handling may require an additional fee, which we will explain before starting.
You can customize your dog’s groom with add ons like FURminator deshedding, nail grinding, teeth brushing, extra brushing, dematting, flea and tick shampoo, Chi shampoo and conditioner, and blueberry face wash. These can be requested when you book or at drop off.
Yes. All grooming is by appointment. Booking in advance helps you get the day and time that works best for you, especially for weekends and evenings which fill up faster.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another client. Late cancellations or no shows may be subject to a fee, depending on our current policy.
